Managing Partner
Bi-Lingual International Attorney with a Juris Doctor and LLM from the University of Miami School of Law with a vast experience in creating Corporate & Commercial Legal Strategies for US and Latin American Companies as a result of his tenure at Microsoft Corporation, Mobile Financial Services a Visa and Telefonica Joint venture and Motorola Solutions Inc., Legal and Corporate Affairs departments.
His practice focuses on finance and development, asset acquisitions and dispositions, and complex work-outs and restructurings of infrastructure assets, in Honduras and the Central America region.

He has substantial experience with multilingual and multicultural teams that provide a strategic advantage in dealing with parties and evidence from different legal systems, specially Central America.

Co-Managing Partner
Corporate attorney with more than 28 years of diversified experience in corporate and commercial law.

He is currently a court of appeal "Magistrado Suplente" and Vice Chair of Shoulder to Shoulder US. And, has served as Board Member to several bank institutions in Honduras.
Skills include commercial transactions, public bidding and procurement, labor law and high stake litigation. Can communicate and negotiate in English and Spanish.

Lourdes Bueso focuses her practice on resolving workplace disputes. Lourdes handles a full range of employment and labor law issues, representing both employees and employers.
